1. What is the difference between Frame and Pole tents?
Pole tents, or tension tents, are supported by upright center poles and side poles. Anchoring is required at tension points around the tent’s perimeter, which requires staking or using anchoring devices on solid surfaces (ie. Concrete or Blacktop). Frame tents are supported by a free-standing structure (known as clear spans) and do not require any center poles. Frame tents do require anchoring to secure the tent in harsh weather conditions. Depending on the surface where the tent is being placed, anchoring may be in the form of stakes, weighted barrels or concrete blocks. 2. How high is the tent?
The standard height around the perimeter of our tents is 7 feet (frame or pole). However we do offer taller side poles for additional charge. The standard peak height of the tent varies depending on the width of the tent. Call for center pole height on pole tents or clearance from the ground to highest point under a frame tent. 3. Are set up charges included in the price of the tent?
The set up and tear down of the tents is included in the price. Depending on the location an extra fee could apply if materials have to be hand carried beyond a reasonable distance. In addition, an extra charge may be applied to requests for specific tent heights above the standard height. 4. What size tent do I need to fit the amount of people and the amount of tables and chairs needed for my event?

All of our tents are priced without sidewalls. Sidewalls are additional cost to the tent. The prices of the sidewalls are determined by both the size needed and the style (white, color, screen, clear, cathedral window). 6. What other items can I rent that may go along with my plans?
